She’s warm, deeply organized, and genuinely invested in every couple who comes through. The whole operation has that quality. Getting ready in the morning has a completely different feel than the hilltop ceremony, which feels different from cocktail hour on the lawn, which feels different from portraits in the orchard at sunset. The day has a natural arc and the venue supports it beautifully.

The grounds also reward couples who aren’t in a rush. The best images I’ve made here have come from moments of wandering. Down a row of vines, along the edge of an orchard, out in the golden light with the view lingering in the backgrund. There’s always something worth finding if you give yourself a few extra minutes.

A Few Practical Things Worth Knowing

The property is large (in the best way). This means guests need a way to get around, and Bay View handles it thoughtfully. They run shuttles on the property so nobody is hiking between spaces, which keeps the day feeling seamless even across a lot of ground.

Plan for golden hour. The hilltop overlooks the bay, which means sunset portraits here are genuinely spectacular. Build them into your timeline intentionally. Even ten or fifteen minutes during the right light will give you images you’ll return to for the rest of your life.

The orchard timing matters. If you’re considering a spring wedding and love the idea of cherry blossoms, Bay View has them, and they’re stunning. The timing is unpredictable and the window is short, but if it lines up with your date, it’s worth knowing about.
