A hazy day in Leland. Honestly there’s nothing more romantic if you ask me. Madison + Jack’s engagement session was set in a place that already held so much meaning for them: Leland, Michigan. The harbor, the shanties, the beach… Leland really did provide the perfect backdrop to capturing the love shared between these two.

Fishtown & Vans Beach

If you’ve never visited Leland, Michigan, you’re in for a treat. Fishtown, Vans Beach, Lake Leelanau, charter fishing… there’s something for everyone in this little lively summer destination. My personal recommendation: Grab a pretzel bread sandwich from Village Cheese Shanty. You won’t be disappointed.
